SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Classicpolos.com?

Yes. Customer needs to register before billing.

How can I find out if Classic Polo delivers to my PIN Code?

On the product view page, you can type in your pin code to check the delivery estimate and to know if the pin is serviceable at your location.

 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment is authorised and order is completed, you will receive an email from Classic Polo confirming the order placement. Order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid will be provided. You will also receive a SMS confirming the same.

 

Do you take orders over the phone or whatsapp?

No. We do not take orders on these platforms.

 

I am facing technical error while placing order?

Customer can email or call us for customer support if facing any difficulty while placing the order.

 

How do I check the current status of my orders?

Login as a customer, then click on ‘My Orders’ you would get complete information of your order including the status. 

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time varies from cities to cities. Generally it take 4-5 days for metro and tier 1 cities. Tier 2 & 3 it may take 5-6 days. Few towns in India may take 6-7 days depending on transportation and connectivity. You could enter your pin code at the product view page to know the estimate time of delivery.

Order cannot ship to my location. Why?

India is a vast country and there are a few pin codes which are not yet serviceable by our courier partners. However, we are trying our best to add more pin codes.

How are orders placed on Classicpolos.com delivered?

Once the order is placed by customer, Classicpolos.com ships out the order through one of our courier partners. Our partners are reputed logistic service provider. You will receive an email and SMS once you have ordered. It informs you the details of courier partner and AWB number using which you can track your shipment. Furthermore, we would also share the estimate delivery dates via SMS/email.

Does Classicpolos.com deliver outside India?

Customer within India are getting the deliveries. We are currently not doing international shipping.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping for min. 1999/- order and nominal charges of 50-100 rupees is applicable for orders below it within India.

Why did I receive only a part of my order?

Reasons for partially receiving the order are:

  • Two different shipments for your items. The other would still be in transit.
  • The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, customer will receive a call from our customer care informing the same. Only after your confirmation, the order will be shipped to you. If you are not available on the phone, an email will be sent to you informing the same.

You can call or email us to get more clarity on your order status.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I initiate return on Classicpolos.com?

Returns can be initiated online by logging into your account, navigate to ‘My Orders’ section, select your order and click on returns. To initiate returns now click on the here.

Do you exchange or replace the items?

If customer has any problems with their order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we are happy to refund it. You need to return the product back within 7 days of delivery. You would be refunded once the returned item(s) reaches us. For Credit Card/Net banking, refunds will be done through payments gateway. Typically within 7 working days refund gets reflected on your account depending on the bank. While initiating the returns, customer would be requested to share your account number and IFSC code of the bank to which you would want the refund amount to be transferred. You may have to incur deliver charges while returning the product depending on the logistics partner. We do not have product to product replacement.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You could initiate a pick-up for your order/item by logging into your account>Returns/Refunds. You can initiate a pick-up within 7 days of order delivered.

What is the pick-up process?

Once you have initiated the process for a pick-up, we request our partners to arrange a pick-up from your door step. They would in turn get in touch with you and get the item picked up. Please keep the items properly arranged in a packet and mention the order number/invoice number on top of the packet.

When are returns not possible?

When the below mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns are not possible.

  • Return needs to be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Item(s) of the order should not be used.
  • The tags of the items should be intact and not removed

When are Refunds provided?

Refunds would be initiated once the returned product(s) has reached our warehouse. Refunds would be initiated within 24 hours from the time your product delivered to the warehouse.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Credit Card/Net Banking- Orders placed with this form, refunds will be done through payment gateway. The refunds will be initiated with 28 hours of items being received at the warehouse. It generally takes 3-5 days for refunds to reflect in to your account which is completely dependent on your bank.

I would like to ship the return myself to Classic Polo. How can I do this?

If you choose to self-ship the product(s), kindly address the package to the below mentioned address. Please mention the invoice number and the item number for the item(s) you are sending on a paper and keep it inside package.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on ClassicPolos.com?

There are no hidden charges. The prices shown against each product is the final price. Additional shipping charges can be included to the total amount to be paid depending on the bill.

How do I pay using a Net Banking?

You can pay through Net Banking account with any leading banks in India. On the Payment page, choose Net Banking as your preferred mode of payment and click to place your order. This will take you to the banking site where you will need to enter the bank login details. Once successful, you’ll receive a confirmation and your order will be processed.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Classicpolos.com?

All the credit card and debit card payments on Classicpolos.com are processed through secure and trusted payment gateway. Classic Polo does not store or capture any credit card or net banking related information. 3D secure password service is used by banks for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

Can I make a credit/debit card or internet banking payment on Classicpolos.com through my mobile?

Yes, you can make payment through mobile our site. The mobile site too uses trusted payment gateways which keep your card information secured and protected.
