Returns
If you have purchased Classic Polo merchandise online, the following policy is in effect:
Our Return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be an unworn garment (Except for the trial Purpose) with the original tags attached to the original packaging along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Products purchased at the 50% offer are non-returnable & non-replaceable. We suggest confirming the size carefully before placing the order.
The customer has to self-ship the product return if the pin code is out of the serviceable area with reverse logistic.
A maximum of 2 returns will be allowed for a customer.
If the return logistic cost is more than 10% of the order value, the full return logistic cost should be borne by the customer.
The Products Should be free of any Perfume Smell/Sweat Stains/any other stains and should be with original product tags for Return eligibility.
One-time return shipping(logistic cost) will be free for the order. If the same order is returned for exchange or refund purposes for the second time, the reverse logistic and the exchange order forward logistic costs should be borne by the customer for the exchange order.
If a refund is what a customer is looking for on his/her second time return on the same order, the reverse logistic cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
The reverse and forward logistic costs from our Shipping panel will be shared with our customer via WhatsApp/Mail for transparency purposes.
This Comes Due to the logistical Cash burn from the back-and-forth freight charges. We hope our dear customers understand this.
For the Classic Combo pack: No returns or replacements for the pack of 2 undergarments and the pack of 3 vests.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received, you will be notified by SMS or WhatsApp from Shiprocket[Our Logistics Partner] that we have received your returned item. Once the inspection is completed for the returned product, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.
No exchange, No refund or partial refund for the apparel that was bought during the offers.
Note: For orders below Rs.999 there will be standard forward logistic cost, this forward logistic cost is non-refundable, only the product cost will be refunded. Also if the return logistic cost is more than 10% of the order value, the full return logistic cost should be borne by the customer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@classicpolos.com
Non-refundable articles :
There are no returns on custom print or embroidery orders. All sales are final. No return on innerwear.
Though we check the products before shipping, we also request customers to check the merchandise as soon as receive it for any visible defects or manufacturing errors so that a refund or exchange can happen quickly, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
