Products brought in SALE TAB are non-replaceable, non-refundable and non-returnable.
Due to the huge discounts and logistic expenses, there will be no return, no replacement/no exchange, no refund for the orders brought through sale/offer. So, we request customers to check the size twice before placing the order.
Fabrics/Cloth Materials are non-returnable/non-replaceable.
Offer products cannot be combined with any other coupons.

Instore offers are different from website offers.
Products bought in online Classic Polo website will not be returned/exchange in Classic Polo stores and products bought in stores will not be returned/exchange in online.
Change of address / pin code / mobile number is not possible if the shipment has been dispatched from our end.
For a hassle-free experience, we urge customers to record an unboxing video when opening your package. Tracking number and shipping label on the package should be clearly visible and video should be without any pauses or cuts. This can serve as proof / evidence in case of any shipping damages or missing items / wrong product delivery or manufacturing defects.
If there is no unboxing video or if the video doesn’t meet the requirement means, then there will be no claim given for the damage/missing items/wrong product delivery/manufacturing defects.
If the customer finds that the product is damage/missing items/wrong product, immediately address it to us with all the above details or maximum of 24 hours of shipment delivery. Issues addressed after 24 hours will not be entertained and no claim will be given for that shipment.
In case of any physical damages found in the outer shipment while receiving the parcel kindly refuse the shipment, don’t accept it and also don’t share any OTP or don’t sign the docket / proof of delivery (POD/trip sheet).
In case of an exchange, you may choose the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability) or any other item as well. If your replacement product is higher than the original order/product, you will have to pay the price differential amount (payment link will be sent to you).
Once we receive the returned/exchanged products at our warehouse, our team will carefully assess their quality within 2-3 working days. After the quality check, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days. Please note that the value will cover the product's price only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation:
You can cancel any order or part of an order within 24 hours of placing the order. Any amount paid will be refunded using the same mode of payment that was used to make the purchase.
Once an order is shipped, to cancel the order customers must contact our customer support team via email or phone and provide the order details.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped from our end. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Else customer may refuse the shipment on delivery time.
