Returns
If you have purchased Classic Polo merchandise online, the following policy is in effect:
Our Return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be an unworn garment with the original tags attached to the original packaging along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
For the summer essential pack: No returns or replacements for the pack of 2 undergarments and the pack of 3 vests.
For Buy 2 @ 40% & Buy 3 @50% offer.
If you have purchased the product by the offer buy 2 @ 40% & buy 3 @ 50%, the Exchange period will be 2 days from the date of your delivery, if 2 days have gone past, we cannot help with the exchange.
Since this is the EOSS offer there may not be an exact product available on the bigger or lower size when going for exchange, in this scenario we provide the customer with alternate products for replacement.
If customers are not able to find alternate products as exchange, a coupon code will be provided for the product value that they are returning,this coupon code validity will 45 days from the date of issuance.
Due to the discounts and logical expenses, there will be no refund or partial refund for the orders brought through this offer. So, we request customers to check sizes twice before placing the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.
No refund or partial refund for the apparel that was brought during the offers. Only replacement can be done for the apparels.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@classsicpolos.com
Non-refundable articles :
There are no returns on custom print or embroidery orders. All sales are final. No return on innerwear.
Though we check the products before shipping, we request customers also to check the merchandise as soon as received for any visible defects or manufacturing errors so that refund or exchange can happen quickly ensuring mutual satisfaction.
